We’ve all heard it before. “Vegetarian’s can’t get enough protein to stay healthy!” Or, “There’s no way to be vegetarian and keep on muscle.” But I’m here to tell you that not only is it possible, but to show you how I am doing it. It just takes practice and dedication. One day at a time.
This blog is dedicated to You: your health and your pursuit of learning more about the Vegetarian lifestyle, for your health and daily choices are intimately linked to the well being of all living things.
I will share recipe ideas, work out routines, nutritional and spiritual advice, as well as my own experiences. I’m just your ‘average’ guy, doing my best to pursue optimal health, both physically and mentally, and doing it as cheap as I can!
I’d like to finish this by quoting one of my favorite people, Thich Nhat Hanh. (2 quotes!)
“By eating meat we share the responsibility of climate change, the destruction of our forests, and the poisoning of our air and water. The simple act of becoming a vegetarian will make a difference in the health of our planet.”
― Thich Nhat Hanh,
“Keeping your body healthy is an expression of gratitude to the whole cosmos — the trees, the clouds, everything.”
-Thich Nhat Hanh
